Forward gear and reverse gear no longer go in

Hi, i have a 2014 23 lsv wakesetter. Since our last vacation we have the problem, that sometimes the forward gear and also the reverse gear won´t go in. You can put the throttle in any position, but the boat stays in neutral. (the engine speed increases) Does anybody has an idea what the problem could be? I am thankfull for any anwser. Hey y'all . I have a new 2020 23MXZ and it has about 80 hours on it, been in for service twice for break in/ small repairs but I am now having a problem with some electronics. My seat heater as well as tube heaters are no longer working and the screen doesn't even let me select them (although it does show the option to click its just faded). Im also having the same problem with my underwater and docking lights as well as the reverse camera all with the same issue. Could this just be a fuse issue if so where do I locate the fuses to check them so I don't have to trailer it to service again. Any input will help! Thanks!
