Power loss and alarm under surf load

Axis A20 2016 can sometimes lose power and alarm under surf loads. This has happened since I bought the boat new in 2016. I've had it into the dealer twice to evaluate it. No codes are showing up in the log. Dealer didn't find anything and even wet tested. But it only happens under heavy load and when motor has been running for a while. Anybody else have this problem? -
I have lsv23 wakesetter 2014 Indmar monsoon 350. Engine turns over strong but won’t start. There is a high pitched faint alarm that starts when I turn the key to engage electronics , blower and spin up fuel pump. It coincides with a click I hear from the engine air intake butterfly looking valve. I took off the air filter and can see the valve move. I could be wrong but I am associating this alarm-like sound coming from this immediate area and the alarm starts and stops (11 seconds duration) with the slight movement of the valve up in the cylinder. Could this be an alarm indicating there is a problem with the air intake?

2003 LSV Just go it back from the shop and after a few minutes on the water a constant alarm is coming from a round black buzzer under the dash. It is not very loud and all the gauges on the dash are fine. Any help is appreciated. It about 1.5" diameter and has two wires coming from it. The ground wire then connects to few other wires so it's not easy to trace them back. Any help is appreciated.

I have a 2003 Sunsetter LXI with a monsoon 335 The alarm started to go off when I throttled back to idle. Now it’s starting to go off after two or three minutes of running at regular speed. It goes away when I restart the boat. There are no warning lights/messages and all readings are normal on the gauges. It’s too short beeps followed by a longer beep. Any suggestions.
