What do you think of the 427 engine? I am looking to move from VLX to the 247 LSV for the room, and curious if the 5k option is worth it from the 409. How is she on fuel?

I love it! We went to our lake for the labor day weekend (Fri-Mon), wakeboarded, Surfed, and tubed everyday (5 to 6 hours a day). I never had to refuel the boat and have roughly 1/4 of a tank left.

I run stock ballast while wake boarding and I add an extra 1100 for surfing.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I think we are going to upgrade to a MXZ and get the 550 motor....
