2006 RLXI

Recommended Posts

I my new 2006 RLXI there is a adjustment on the rudder to help the boat track straight. My boat has the right spin of the wheel when hands are taken of at skiing speeds. Which way do I turn the adjustment of the rudder to avoid the Malibu right spin?

Adjust it so that the tail sticks out to the right. Make small adjustments though, it doesn't take much. Just as a point of clarification, most people that operate tournament ski boats want some of the torque steer that you're experiencing, particularly when pulling through the course. It helps with tracking, giving the driver an easier time holding a straight line.
