goofed up speedo, how to replace

Hi, I put my Bu up on a lift with a flat bunk and did not see it was under my speedo pickup, now the pickup does not go all the way down and speed is way off. It gets close to actual speed at the upper end. Are the pickups hard to replace, besides a dealer where can I get one and how do I get the speed set? Thanks for any information.

TryDicount Inboard Marine. Very easy to replace and to set the speed correctly you need to time the boat thought a ski course or use a GPS. (3200 on the tach is close to 32mph)
