Great Malibu dealer we almost lost

I just wanted to share the great experience that I've had with Know Wake Marine here in central Ohio. They have been great since I bought the boat in the middle of the season last year. Kevin Ryan is the guy in charge of sales there and has gone out of his way to meet me any time to demo or handle any problem or question I've had.

Latest, I got my boat out of the garage Saturday afternoon to get it ready for a spring trip to Norris Lake, TN. I notice that one of the bolts on the bottom of the wedge had sheared off :( . The wedge hadn't hit any thing and was fine but only had three of the four allen-bolts holding the hydrofoil on. The one bolt's head was sheared off.

Since Know Wake Marine just purchased the shop from MidOhio, I didn't have there number. Kevin Ryan had given me his cell phone number previously. I called him and he told me to bring it in. He met me there the next day, Sunday, when the place is usually closed. I thought that was great. I might get the wedge back before my trip but wasn't sure. He called me a couple hours later and said come get it. He fixed it for me, opened the place on a Sunday. Great service! and the reason I bought a Malibu in the first place was for the local dealer. To think we almost lost our shop. Glad to see Know Wake kept Kevin and Paul (great service guy) to run their new location. Yahoo.gif

Thanks Guys!

Definately above and beyond! Congrats on working with a great dealership! Have not purchased a boat from my local dealer, rather...got mine used from an individual...but he claims to have gone to several lakes around the area and wrench on the spot 7 days/week to keep his customers on the water and having fun.
