My boat still has the TN reg. decals on it...and looking to get some custom registration decals. Is a place like Overtons or Barts as good as any? Looking for 3" custom lettering.

TIA,

Pricey...but very nice! Thanks for the link. I may consider doing this!

Nearly a HUNDY for a set. OUCH.

Domed Numbers is the only way to go if you don't have them painted on.

stop before you do that i would go the a local place that does signs i Little Rock they have to have some. if not and you feel like making a trip then come up to Rogers. We have this local place that has some really cool ones. They also have some domed ones too. they are also less expensive. ifyou give me your e-mail i can give you a pic of the ones we have. If you don't want to spend the money on Domed Numbers, and want something that looks decent, I ordered my last ones on http://www.custom-vinyl-lettering.net/ You can customize the fonts, colors, etc. They are just flat vinyl letters. They are inexpensive, and they shipped fast.

Also, there is someone on ebay selling raised letters for about half the price of domed numbers (but not as many font / color options):

Thanks! And according to RONNIE, Crew members get a discount there also.

I just noticed that someone over on WW is doing a group buy for domed numbers for $69 + shipping.

if you go to wakeside.com. they've got some really nice drip-molded registration decals. they're kinda pricey, $110, but they're well worth it, and look really good.

Domednumbers are da bomb. They look like they were factory applied. You can get them to match exactly the font and colors on your Bu.

I love 'em and would do it again.

Just as an FYI, the domed numbers on Wakeside are made by Domednumbers.com, so if you go to them direct you'll get a better deal.

that is true but i have always bought things from wakeside so i have lots of reward points to use. but you are correct. Biggrin.gif

Talked to Eric yesterday and placed my order for RED with Chrome outline...my boat is black under the rub rail with a RED hull. He was very nice and helpful...said it would take about a week to make them and get them to my door. If I ever name my boat...I plan to use them for the transom lettering as well! Rockon.gif

You can't go wrong with Domednumbers. The first set of numbers a bought form Eric where black with a chrome outline to go on the blue stripe under the rub rail. Looked great until you got out on the water and they just about vanished, sheriff didn't like that. Talked with Eric, he sent out a few samples and he make a new set at no charge. Thats the type of company that I want to buy from, great customer is always worth a few dollars. (Ski boat should not be named)

I'd go light graphite and outline in chrome, IMHO.

What color scheme would you suggest to go over black? My other colors are charcoal accents and light graphite hull.
