Sorry if this has been discussed.  I searched as much as I could. Has anyone tried new iron manifolds instead of the aluminum?  I have a 8.1 volvo engine in a 2001 25lsv sunsetter,

I have not heard a lot of info about Volvo engines in Malibus, so I don't know if your risers will fit.

On the other hand, you might just go for a set of Marine Torq stainless steel manifolds.  PM me for details if you are interested.
