Tracking fin bent?

Recommended Posts

Hello all

This may seem trivial, but I noticed one of my tracking fins is not aligned with the other.  Would this cause bad handling?  I feel the faster I go the more the wheel is pulled in one direction.  Is that common?  I took a pic from both sides of the prop    Thanks in advanced.  spacer.pngspacer.png

It's possibly a hand laid artifact and been there since the boat left the production line.

Your steering report is more likely due to the adjustable trim tab on the rudder, and desired behavior for ski boats at 36mph, that they require tension to go straight (to stay in the course) and track to the right to pick up a skier with no tension.
