Everude 175 hk 2013 wont crank or have spake in the plugs.

Switched a 2009 150 hk everude etec with a 2013 175 hk everude etec on my galia 650 ht. The new engine was running properly just days before i bougth it. 

When i switch the ignition you can see ecm turning on, and the tilt works, but the starter wont crank and there is no spark in the plugs.

When i make a circut shortcut to the starter, the starter cranks. 

I have checked all of the fuses and cant find the problem. 
 

The dealership said it wont be a problem to use the same ignition switch (throttle controller). Does anybody have a clue about what the problem can be?

I'm pretty sure the tilt will work even with the key off.

It sounds like you pulled the safety lanyard and forgot to put it back in.  Check it.

If that isn't it, remove the engine harness connector and inspect it to make sure you didn't bend any pins when you assembled it.
