T250 Steering Wheel

I hate this odd shaped steering wheels, does it bother anyone else?

Anyone have any selection of round steering wheels that could fit?

Just remove it and have a look at the mounting.  Most boat wheels are either a standard spline or a standard keyed type.  What you need depends on if the adapter is integrated or not.

Looks like finding isotta steering wheels for sale is rather hard, there are a few out there like the carlotta, but finding the other models is next to impossible, have someone trying for me, i emailed the factory and no response, not fun

The factory helm my '18 T23 was splined  When i converted to hydraulic, the new helm was tapered.  I was a little pricey, but im very happy with my Isotta Fanete.  But as @oldjeep said, your options will be dictated by the helm shaft style

Yeah the axis and malibu are a 3/4 tapered shaft, i was wondering if anyone had reccomendations....

RIght now i'm looking at isotta http://www.isotta.com/  $500 for most of them

If you look around you can find Isotta and Gussi steering wheels for about half that price.  They are super common boat steering wheels.

Something like this was probably $300 when it came out

Bought the isotta carlotta, it seems it's the only one readily available

Where did you buy the wheel from?  I want to do this, tired of the stock wheel.

Diamond Performance is the only place I could find in, https://www.diamondperformanceparts.com/ however the hub on the T250 is not a 3/4 in tapered shaft and I had to get a different adapter  from https://getnrg.com/collections/hub-accessories

Used the existing hardware and the adapter allows you to mount the isotta bolt pattern to the existing

Maas, thanks for this! Love everything on my t250 but that stupid wheel. I just bought the same wheel in blue. Trying to buy the adapter on the link you sent. Can’t figure out which one on getnrg? Please assist. Thank you sooooo much for this. Don

This is what I got for my T250.  As long as the wheel doesn't have an integrated hub adapter you just need the adapter below.   I should be able to get mine installed by next weekend and I will send pics.

Thanks y’all. @gtfish, that’s a cool wheel! That’s also where I bought mine from. Supposed to arrive today. Please post the install detail and final pic! @maas, which getnrg adapter did you get? I corresponded with them and they weren’t real helpful.

from NRG Innovations:
We only offer one hub for marine vehicles. However, upon reading what the other person had said then our hub will not fit it either. If used a regular hub from a vehicle then I will need the specs on your steering shaft. Such as the spline count and spline diameter.

Oh, do y’all have hydraulic steering? Wondering if that changes anything as I do? Thanks Don

Maas's picture of the splined shaft up there says "Hydraulic" on the plastic housing, so I would assume so?  I do not have hydraulic steering.     How do you get to the shaft?  Does the Axis emblem/cover just snap in?
