Axis A22 sound zones

Hi All,

I just got my 2018 Axis A22 in the water and I wanted to learn more about the stereo system.  Are you able to change what speakers are on each of the two zones? It seems my tower speakers are much louder than the in boat ones. The people I’m the bow can’t hear music while the ones I’m the back are blasted out by the tower. Is there a way to adjust this? Looking for some more info please!

What black box / remote setup does your boat use?  You could probably just snap pics of both?

In my 2019 you can adjust zones. I believe when you change volume it pulls up the zone volume list on the head unit. You should be able to scroll and adjust zone volumes.

As others indicated, it depends what head unit & amp setup exists. In my 2016 A20, the tower speaker difference is set with zone control; however, front speaker difference is set with fader control. Additionally, tower is likely on a separate amp where that amp could be adjusted quieter if it’s always too loud.

Yes you can change the "zone" volumes.  I can't remember how, but know it's possible.  You can also do what I did and rotate two of your four speakers to face forward.  Doesn't look quite as cool but the people in the bow really like it.
