Water on floor

So we have an 05 VLX with the bow tank.  I got the boat out of storage and brought it home to clean up.  Ran it on the hose to run the antifreeze out from winterizing and checked for leaks.  Started right up as always  and everything looked good.  Sat in the driveway with the cover on it for a few days and got rained on.  Couple days later removed the cover and noticed a small wet spot in the floor carpet right behind the bow seating/bow tank between the consoles.  Chalked it off as rainwater getting in around the tower where the cover doesn’t seal.  A week later the wife and I spent time on the lake Memorial Day weekend joy riding, never filled tanks to board and noticed the wet stop again.  Fast forward a weekend and we fill all the tanks and I noticed the carpet in the floor from the bow tank to the belly hatch was completely drenched.  I looked under the drivers console and the vent and drain hoses were connected to the hull fittings and there was no water under the heater core.  It frozen a couple years ago and leaked under the console and has been replaced.  There was no more noticeable water in the bilge than usual.  Any ideas what could be going on??
