Bluetooth no devices connected but says full?

Have a 2021 wake setter. Bluetooth is not working at all. The Screen for Bluetooth shows 10 slots with no device names. When you try to pair a device the screen says you must first delete a device the device list is full. I have selected a numbered slot and hit delete but nothing changes.  The dealer has not been helpful. I have two calls in the Malibu directly. I could really use some help. Trying to connect iPhone 12s.

Dealer finally called back. I had to do a hard reset and it worked. If you ever have this issue go to software tab under settings and hit reset. I took a picture of boat configuration first to set up like I had it before I did the reset.

Interesting.  I had a similar issue on my 2022.  My phone was paired but could not get it to connect.  I had to delete all other phones and was able to connect.

I had the same problem and did the hard reset to fix it. Make sure after you do this you back to settings and turn all you options on. Cameras, heater , lights etc. or when you go to use them they’ll be unavailable.
