2013 Malibu Wakesetter Ballast

My right rear ballast will fill but it will not empty out.  Any ideas on the problem and where the ballast empty pump is located?

Should be a small access cover in the rear of the locker above the tank. Take the screws out and the drain pump should be below it attached to the bottom, rear of the tank. You likely need a new Shurflo Piranha 800/1100 (same guts) pump cartridge or replacement pump. In a pinch you could take it apart and spin the impeller by hand to break it free and it might work enough to drain the tank.
