A prop for big waves?

I'm looking for a wakeboard prop for the a24 lt4 engine

Normally, 5,000 lb Ballast and 5-6 people board the boat

17x14 Prop = 3200 rpm (22.5 miles)

17x17 prop = 2800 rpm (22.5 miles)

Both are wedge 3

I'm confused which of these two is more efficient and suitable for wakeboard wave

Is it good to have low rpm?

Also, I got a recommendation for the new 1748-MF 17.5 x 13.5 prop. Would that be good?

Your engine has a "happy RPM".  Generally speaking, the ideal RPM is about 3500 RPM when boat is weighted down for surfing.  Less RPM can cause the engine to "lug" and this is stressful on the engine.  My opinion without going into a bunch of details about torque specifications is the 17x14 prop is the better option between the two choices given.  If that other prop increased your RPM closer to 3500 RPM I think your engine would be "happier".
