Spofford Upholstery in Spofford NH does really good work, Brothers Covers down in Springfield MA also does really good work. A good idea would be to check with Gabe's Custom Marine Upholstery as they might have the patterns for your boat and could send you an OEM skin (they are in California.)

Gabe used to work for Malibu and does awesome work.
