Was just wondering if anyone has tried any of the wake shapers on this boat with any success?

I tried a DIY surf gate, a DIY NSS, and a mission suck gate on the side. The issue I had was that due to the stepped hull, the wave would wash out due to the swim platform. I wasn’t willing to cut it down, but some did and it was an ok surfer for a DD.

I don't have have the time to go that route but, GREAT JOB!  I was thinking about buying one of the wake shapers like, the Swell H3X....  with that, 750lbs of ballast and the wedge I was hoping we could get a surfable wake??
