It is not too hard. Take care to drain the hoses and to clean up any spills.

Disconnect the fuel lines at the fuel tank. There should be two, one is a return line. Pinch them over with a small clamp, disconnect at the fuel pump and try to drain them into a container or pinch the engine end of the hose with a clamp to minimize fuel spilling out of the hoses. There may be two or three small hose mount clips that screw in the bilge along the port stringer that need to be removed. Tape or clamp the new fuel hose to one end of the old hose. Pull out the old hose while pulling in the new one . Reconnect the hoses at each end and the stringer hose clamps. check carefully for leaks.

Pro tip: if you’re going to use something small to catch the gas from spilling everywhere when draining the lines ….. make sure it’s made of glass or specific to gas handling. The gas will eat through red solo cups or styrofoam.

Consider changing the exhaust hoses at the same time.  A hole in a large hose is a great way to sink a boat, and you can't tell from the outside what has happened to the inside of the hoses.

This is what the inside of one of my ‘01 ss hoses looked like last year.  Looked perfect on outside.  Not saying they were about to fail, but….
