We have had our boat since 2019. We bought it from a friend with 60hrs on it. We have been lucky no issues until now. After having it summarized it has thrown a code. Not every time we are on it but this weekend it was fine the first day but not the second. The techs don’t know because when they hook it up to the computer nothing is there. It shows service engine with the MIL light and puts it in limp mode. Not over heating or anything!  Any suggestions? We have checked fluids! Help summer has just started! Mom of boys who surf !

This is pretty common issue. Are you noticing the warning popping up when ballast is full and engine is hit off and then started back up. Like when changing riders? Or after idling through a long no wake zone? Probably the exhaust temp sensor. Mine would do it until I figured out what was happening. If you have ballast full keep motor running while changing riders. You can shut off the warning by pressing the right black button under display. It will come back on at some point more than likely once it goes off one time. Turn battery off for 30 seconds to reset and clear alarm for rest of day

No, we never turn it off when ballast is full. It does it when we are just riding as well. 😉🙈
