2017 21vlx power wedge stuck

I have a 17 vlx 21’ and power wedge is stuck in stow. And throws calibrate code. Go to debug screen and voltage is at 3.50 I hit the + button and you can hear the wedge want to move, press the - button and wedge does nothing.

A loose or corroded connection on the power wedge circuit or a faulty six pack relay box could cause that kind of issue.  Also, look at the power wedge actuator and make sure the pins or bolts are in place that secure it to the wedge and bracket.
