Hey everyone, having issues with power wedge. It’s stuck in the up position, gauge shows that it’s deployed. Also dash lights and docking light flicker. Has anyone had an issue like this before? Checked all breakers and fuses, wedge is not jammed up or bent. I’m out of ideas. Both batteries are sitting at 12.5 volts

Are the actuators working properly?  I'll bet its an actuator issue based upon what you are describing.  You won't likely be able to see any actuator issues upon visual inspection if the wedge is still attached to the boat- might have to open them up and bench test them.
