Indmar Supercharged 575 - Coolant Change

Recommended Posts

Hey Team,

I"ve got a 2016 with the 575.  I've done a bunch of reading online, but still have a few questions.

Why do i have 2 coolant reservoirs?  Ive heard something about one being exhaust, but haven't been able to verify.

I'm doing a coolant change, and reading everything on the Indmar Raptor motors, I pulled the lower coolant hose on the Starboard side, and drained the coolant.

This drained the starboard reservoir, not the port side.

Do i need to do something different to drain/fill the other side?

Please advise.

Thank You.

Well, may have answered my own question.

AWS service manager said the port side is supercharger coolant.  No drain, just suck out and replace as best you can.

Surprised i couldn't' find anything about this online.
