Both screens light up perfectly, But the 7” screen doesn’t respond to touch. But the big screen doesn’t respond to touch for itself but responds as if I was pressing on the 7” screen. Therefore, I have to guess where I press on the big screen to do the engine start code and all the other fonctions. So anything on the big screen is not accessible, but I can access everything on the small screen by guessing where I press on the big screen. Pls help

Friend had this issue on his 2019 with the same screens this summer while we were on a vacation. There is an ether net cable that goes from the big screen to the 7” small screen. I unplugged it out of the back of the 7” screen and what appeared to be a little corrosion came out with it. We wiped off the cable end, blew into the port on the back of the screen and plugged it back in and they haven’t had the issue since. I’d make sure to do it with the battery off. Hope it works for you, it saved their trip!
