I have a 98 Malibu response lx. And my perfect pass stopped working the model is.

Master module 

Dp 7820 01 
 

can I just swap in a new unit? Or do I need a whole new system. Any idea where to find a new / used module? Nothing on eBay

Have you called Perfect Pass directly?  That may be a good first step.

There are several troubleshooting documents and video's on the PP website.  That will help you determine what specific component is failing unless you are certain that it is the module per your post.  Another option is Ski-it-again.com, usually some speed control stuff for sale or Great Lakes Skipper may have parts / systems available.
