Let's see those 2022 25 LSV waves!

Not sure what’s going on here but I just surfed the new 25LSV( LT4)with 6 peeps, wedge 5 @ 12mph and had my mind melted. 

Even at 5000ft elevation we were at around 3000rpm (2400rpm @ 11mph). Water conditions were less than stellar but I have still never surfed a better wave. Without exaggerating, I had to be 25ft behind the boat and about 2ft outside the wave just standing there on a regular sized board not pumping. The push was that good!
 

Coming from 3 Centurions just for context, and this wave is thing of beauty, can’t wait for spring.

We must be looking at different videos. Can’t wait to see video of your current wave if you think that is short. Look at the conditions too…

Both videos I posted were slower speed and wedge 1 & 2 respectively. Wedge 5 or 6 plus a little more speed changes the wave drastically. The LT4 produces effortless power, we are surfing at 2400rpm - 2800rpm (500’ elevation).

This is why pictures don't do a wave justice. Go ride it!!

All this worry about a 25 LSV wave is ridiculous since nobody has been disappointed yet. Waves don’t get worse on model updates, thanks to computer modeling and extra experience at the manufacturer. If actually worried, please go buy a different brand since you’re going to find many other things to nitpick, and that gets annoying.

Not all of it is in the frame.  It is big.  It was bigger than my 2021 24MXZ on my demo ride.  There is very little chance it doesn't meet most peoples expectations. I am indifferent about surfing and it made me think about getting on a surf board more at well over 200lbs.

I have 45 hours now on a 25 and am flat out impressed. The amount of push the wave has is insane. The first few times I didn't think it was that impressive over the 21 but I was running the same settings I had prior. This boat likes speed! Once I bumped up the speed a bit it became a whole other animal. Seemed as if the sweet spot is 11.8-12.2 wedge in position 4 for surf left. For surf right seems most have liked wedge on 2 or 3. It's crazy how far back the pocket actually is. As you get deeper in the wave the push just starts to increase. It really is unexplainable and you just need to go surf it for yourself.

 

Also for foiling this has been my favorite boat to date. The rollers are massive and the faces of them are so long. It's been fun seeing how many rollers I can link.

 

Main point is figure out a way to get out on one cause this boat is nothing like the last generation 25 LSV.
