Low whine/buzzing in speakers

My speakers emit a low whine/buzzing whenever they are on. Even when music is playing you can still hear it very low in the background. It is more noticeable when the speakers are off. Any clue what is causing this noise? Is there any way to fix it?

I have a 17 with the black box and get a slight hum, it is what it is. I will say, my personal iphone 10 makes it so bad I refuse to play it.  My wifes previous iphone 10 and iphone 12 don't have the same issues.  I added all new arc amps and a JL signal processor and kept the stock black box for stock integration. When I dropped it off at my installer, his first words out of his mouth were these boats are noisy.  He's a high end installer and works on plenty of Malibu's, so if there was a way to keep stock integration and get rid of the noise, he would know.
