Help with Rooster tail at 15 off.

Good morning all. I am new to this site so please pardon any bad etiquette or stupidity.

We just bought a 2018 Response TXi and love it. (Moved from 2015 Ski Nautique team 200.) My wife generally skis at 15 off 30mph. She is a very strong skier but is having a little issue with the white wash/ rooster tail in middle of wake. has anyone else experienced this problem and what is possible remedy to help calm it?

Would a 4 blade prop help?

Love the boat and would hate to have to sell it.

That boat tends to shine at higher speeds and shorter line lengths, IME.  I'm not sure what you could do other than speed up.  It may be worth a call to OJ or ACME to see what they say about the prop, but I don't see that being of significant assistance or improvement.  Let us know what you find out.

And stay on edge thru the wakes & bend your knees!!! (sorry, that's what everyone keeps telling me!)

You’d think since we are all told the same thing, that we’d eventually start doing it right??

What prop are you currently using?

+1 on weight in the bow. That’ll help flatten the wake.

I’m surprised that it’s much different than a Nautique. Did she have issue with that wake?
