which Cup on a prop

I am looking at a new prop for my 2017 Axis A24. I currently have ACME 2313 with a .150" cup. If I change to a .075" cup will that reduce my RMPs under heavy load wakesurfing or would the .150" provide lower RMP?

ACME says each .050 of cupping is roughly equal to 1" of pitch, so adding cup to your prop will lower RPMs, reducing cup will increase RPMs.

wouldn't a lower pitch decrease RMP though because it provides more torque at low speeds and out of the whole shot?

Lower pitch (and cup) is like going down a gear in your car.  Sure, you'll have more torque due to the gearing, but when you start to max out your RPMs in 2nd gear there's nowhere else to go unless you shift up to 3rd gear (go higher in pitch/cupping.)
