Why not a drying instead of just a warming tray?

The commentary on the engine warming tray is consistently, "you'll put on a warm, wet vest instead of cold, wet vest." Why not add a grid liner to get vests up off the flat tray surface and a fan to the tray area so that it actually drys vests?

I don’t know if you’d have enough space to put a drying rack in there and life jackets. I fell it works just fine because in between two sets your life jacket isn’t going to dry anyway. Much better having a warm one to put on.

My 07 tray is on its last leg. May try and get creative when I have to make one.

Google Non-Slip Duragrid Drainage Mats

It may would do the trick for you
