2019 25 LSV rear ballast pump

My buddy has a 2019 25 LSV where the rear tank/pnp bag is very slow to fill and drain.

I think the pump is accessed by taking the front panel off inside the rear locker. Correct?

 

second… is it an aerator pump or a reversible. If it’s an aerator I’m surprised both in and out died or got plugged.  If it’s reversible I could see it being the impeller.

im heading up in a couple of days but wanted to get some forward info before I get into the fix!

thanks in advance for any advice, tips or insight as to what the 2019s are using and where they are “hiding”

Sorry I just saw this.

If he has the Wakeview seat it is accessed under it. It is very easy to get to.  I bet odds that there is just something in the pump. I have had to do this many times. We have a lot of weeds where we boat.

1. Pull the wakeview forward.

2 Remove the pizza tray and release the rubber straps.

3 Fold the back section forward and get it out of the way.

   The pumps are right there

4 Dont forget to close the valve if you are on the water

5. Pull the phillips screw out and twist the top off the pump.

6. Open the valve to blow all the stuff out of the pump. and immediately close the valve

7. Reverse to put it back together.

Thanks. Will do. It’s working again but I’m not convinced it’s at 100 percent. So taking it apart will be good.

I haven’t been up, but am thinking I will this weekend
