When do the USA pre winter clearance sales start?

When do the USA based stores start their autumn clearances on waterskis?

I’m wanting to buy a 67” HO Omi Carbon or Radar Senate Graphite. It's much cheaper to import from USA than to buy locally even at full retail but US clearance prices and timing should work fine as we'll start skiing in October.  Undecided if I’ll continue to use my HO Animal bindings or get something new. Never had an issue with them.

Around here, Utah, they usually start moving stuff the end of August beginning of September to start making room for snow skiing which usually begins with a big Labor Day (first Monday in September) sale.

Around here the last few years - pretty much never.  They don't seem to have as much extra sitting around as they used to.  Even wakehouse, which used to have all sorts of deals on previous year skis seems to have really dried up.

It's been a boom year for sales, but you might find deals starting to pop up in the next couple weeks as the 2022 skis roll out, especially those with changed shapes and updated features.  It tends to make the older ones a little less desirable.  I suspect you'll see 2021 Senates go on sale soon.  Check SIA.  There are some deals showing up already.

Thanks all. I'll keep an eye out from now onwards. Many stores won't sell internationally so options remain a bit limited. Have purchased slalom skis from Wiley's before and their international service was great. Seattle to NZ in less than a week.
