Said goodbye to the Bu this weekūüė•

We sold our Malibu to my cousin's family and had to let her go this week.  Second Malibu we have owned.  Both have been quality boats and provided many fun memories with family and friends.  They took us from slalom junkies to surf addicts and everything in between!  Couldn't have been happier with both whips.  Although our new boat will be another brand, Malibu will always have a special place in our heart, and I will continue to support this site.  It has been such a great resource for us through our journey of boat ownership.  On to the next chapter.

Cheers!

So what are you getting?

2022 Supreme ZS232.  We wanted to go new and pick options.  We have never done that before.  I wanted at least a 23 foot boat for more room and storage.  Wife would veto a traditional bow and our budget couldn't get us into a new 23mxz.  Also, our storage will only fit a 23 to 23.5 ft boat so nothing in the Axis line fit our requirements, either. Still waiting for the Axis A23.....lol.

Production is a bit behind.  Was supposed to be delivered this week.  It actually goes into production next week so about a month or so behind.  Not complaining considering all the peeps here that have waited much longer.

Edit:  picture is a 2019 model with different tower, but same color scheme that we ordered. Black and Gunmtal MF.  Interior is Silver, Charcoal with black accents.

How many people do you usually ride with? Our A22 has had 8 people and two kids just in the back (no one riding in bow) with still more room in the back.

We usually have 6 to 10 adults and some kids.  It varies.  I've spent time in an A22 and thought it was a great boat.  My Malibu was 21.5 ft and the cabin size is roughly the same as the A22.  The ZS232 feels bigger, but may be pretty close in cabin size to A22.  It just has some options and features we like better.  I wanted more cabin space and deeper freeboard.  The big selling point was also ordering in May and delivery in July/August.  My buddy has a 21 a24 and we love it, but won't fit in storage. If Axis makes an A23 in the future I'm likely sold...lol.

Congrats man, I have always been partial to supremes.  Sounds like the 232 is a perfect match.  Beautiful boat choice!

Thank you!!!  I'm usually a brand loyal guy, but this boat just checked all our boxes!  We are stoked!
