2008 VLX Power Wedge stuck down

Recommended Posts

The only other thing I can think of is to remove the power wedge wires from the Medallion control box and connect to a fused 12 volt source to verify the actuators are working. If that proves out then the wedge control portion of the Medallion box is probably faulty.

Good luck.

Do you hear any clicking in the wedge area?  This would mean the actuator broke internal and the control is fine.  You will need to test with a volt meter that the actuator is getting power first or test it with 2 jumper wires from a battery
