2015 wakesetter LSV reversing contactor for power

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

Have done a search but came up empty handed. I am looking for any information anyone has on the reversing contactor/relay that runs the power wedge on a 2015 lsv 23. Long story but after trying debug screen and manually moving fuses for up and down to the "bypass" sockets I can not get the wedge to move. Made up a test rig with a DPDT switch and with the Parker actuator disconnected from the system (Blue and green wires that pass thru transom) I can connect my own 12v and run the wedge up and down with the DPDT switch and monitor the wedge position in the debug screen.Works good but it needs to be fixed right. Any part number or any other information on that part would be helpful.

Thanks

The wedge relay box should be mounted to the transom inside the engine compartment.  Check the electrical plug connections, the ground cable, and the power cable at the 40 amp breaker.  Tapping on the relays can sometimes get them to unstick temporarily.

Hi csleaver,

Yes, that is exactly right. It is mounted to the transom. I tried to get a picture of it but just too congested down there. That is the module in the picture you posted and  I appreciate the part number also. I did check all the connections and everything did look good. As far as I can tell the computer pulses either the up or down relay and relies on feedback from the wedge position sensor to determine location.  Now I am off on a quest to find one. Thanks.
