what's the engine temp when this happens?

A semi-bad impeller can do this where it won't provide enough cool water under max load but is otherwise fine.  Also check for air leaks in your raw rater cooling system (for the same reason).

Don’t remember what it was exactly just remember thinking it looked normal, was planning on grabbing an impeller tomorrow but will also look for air leaks as well, thanks!

Had something similar and engine temp was the clue. Basically didn't know we needed to clean out the fresh water strainer. Cleaned it out and was back in business.
