What is the next step up from an ACME 1235? I found the limits of it this past weekend. Works fine when it's just the wife and myself fully loaded with ballast but it did not like the 12 person crew we had this outing. We mostly surf so want more pull of course without giving up too much more on the top end. 350, 350 HP motor. Thanks in advance.

I have a 5.7 lcr motor (330) with 1:1.46 drive ratio at 3000 ft above sea level, 2011 vride21. (08 vlx hull) Went to 15 inch prop from 1235 to 2419.  Huge improvement for surfing!  Top end dropped about 3 or 4 mph to 37 mph WOT at 5000 rmp and surf at 11 mph went up about 200 rpm from 3200/3300 to 3400/3500.  No trouble getting to surf speed with slammed ballast and crew as long as weight is distributed correctly.  2315, 2313 are other 15 inch options.  Same size and pitch, but different cupping.  2419 is more torque, 2313 least of the three.
