2019 Axis T23 Port side Ballast keeps draining after filling 100% even when it’s shutoff.  If someone could point me in the right direction to fix, I’d greatly appreciate it!!  Water is coming from the left side drain that’s port side.  Is this the bilge drain?  When the bag is completely full, I’ll shut off the pump but water is coming from the left side drain and typically drains from the right side.  The bag then starts losing water when the pump is shutoff.

There are two bilge pump outlets on the starboard side just below the rub rail, one is at the aft the other is near the helm.  The other through hull fittings on the starboard side, and the ones on the port aft, are for draining and venting the ballast tanks and bags.

The height of the ballast bags and vent hoses will affect the amount of water the bags can hold.  The vent hoses must be higher than the ballast bag to prevent water from draining out of the vents.

The duckbill valve in the vented loops that are on the fill hoses must be working properly and they must be higher than the bags to prevent water from siphoning back out of the bag out past the fill pumps when the pumps are turned off.  The vented loops create a vacuum break to prevent siphoning.
