Has anyone else had problems with their foam swim deck bubbling? My boat is brand new-35 hours on it

If it’s just a few bubbles, stick a needle in the bubble and press the pad back down. Likely just a minor air pocket where it didn’t adhere perfect.

It was adhered…it actually looks like it is separated from the bottom part and has water in it.

I have that problem with my soft grip.....many locations of it peeling or bubbling.

Are they going to cover it under warranty?

Yes.  There are several quality issues with our boat that will get taken care of under warranty in the fall / winter.  As long as it doesn't keep us off the water, it can wait.

Yes it’s included in the warranty coverage. Personally I’d try the needle trick first because it will save you a lot of time and I would guess lead time of replacements right now is kinda long… like everything else in the world right now.

My entire interior floor is coming up.

I have quite a few issues with my 21 T23, quality issues.  Very disappointed right now
