Mux Switch replacement

Alright, our left mux switch on our 2008 23lsv went out. We bought a replacement and now I’m trying to replace It. First roadblock is how do I get the old mux switch out? It seems to not have any clips on the trim so I can pull it out to access the screws, and the last thing I’d want to do is crack that trim. Let me know please we have a trip to lake powell in a week and I’d love to get this fixed!
