We have a TXI Malibu, I believe a 2015, without looking. Our touchscreen has some elements that aren't working such as the the key code numbers 1,2 which are in the same area as some other input keys that aren't working as well. Then on Sunday, our Zero Off just stopped. The screen is gray/blank and we haven't had any problems with this. We replaced the battery yesterday and we know that power is being received to the head unit. Any ideas on what we do next or who can help. We have some tournament skiers here that need to be on the water. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately those screens delaminate and fail. Unresponsive buttons is a the main symptom. 
 

For zero off, I’d start with checking all connections you can find and if that doesn’t solve it try giving them a call.
