I am looking to tint my windshield and it looks like a lot of people on here who have done it have gone with 20%. Has anyone experienced the display’s light sensor keeping the screens in night mode? Wasn’t sure if the tint was dark enough for the system to register it as “night time”. I know you can change the setting manually but was just curious. Thanks.

I've had 20% on my last four boats and that's the perfect amount of tint for me. No issues with the sensor until someone puts a hat or shirt over it. lol
