2006 21 LSV Sunscape - Prop Shaft Support Gelcoat Cracks

I’m looking at purchasing a 2006 21 LSV Sunscape with a little over 300 hours on it. The only thing that jumped out at me during the initial inspection was the deeper cracks in the gelcoat around the prop shaft support plate. Images in the below links. As I assume this is a high stress area - should I be concerned or are these typical gel coat spider cracks?

Those cracks have very likely been caused by an underwater collision with the prop and/or strut.  If I saw cracks like those in the hull I would check the strut, propeller, prop shaft, and rudder for bends or other damage.

Thank your for the insight - overall the boat was in less than great shape - this puts it over the edge so I’m moving on from this one and back on the hunt.
