Installing Ballasts from Scratch

We own a 2000 versatile v-drive. Since it's not a Malibu, I won't mention the name here. A year ago, we purchased a wakeshaper and two Fat Sacs for the back compartments. We fill them with the one pump that we purchased. It's fast, but it requires moving the pump from bag to bag, and ultimately it takes 20 minutes for the fill process -- and then reversing everything to empty the sacs.

At this time, I don't really want to put holes in the bottom of the boat, but I am wondering if I can create a setup that includes one hose and one pump or two hoses and two pumps that don't require moving pumps and hoses from bag to bag or moving the pump(s)? It's odd who this info is not easily available on any Google searches... 

Thoughts as to what parts I need as well as a few pics? It sounds like there are better options than the aerator pumps that the local Tommys is suggesting...

I suppose you could wire up reversible pumps with the intake/drain side just a long hose that you dropped over side when using instead of connected to a thru hull?  But easier just to drill holes in boat, imo.  After the first one they are pretty easy...

You can always use the bilge drain holes with a reversible pump.....in my VLX there's one in front and one under the motor.

+1 to drill for proper through hulls.  its nice to be able to fill while underway...
