New impeller housing for m5/m6

Hey guys!  Just curious what everyone is experiencing. I’m getting ready to swap to the replacement housing and impeller. How has it been holding up for everyone?  My old style, knock on wood, hasn’t given me any issues. I’m wondering if I should still get it done. For those that have had the swap done, issue free?

And for the record, I know the issues have been discussed, but I’m just specifically looking for any feedback from those that have swapped. Mine hasn’t given me any issues, so I want to make sure I’m not swapping out an issue free situation for one with issues.

I heard they have been pretty dang solid. Only issues have been connections downstream that could be sucking air.

The Malibu bulletin instructs dealers to check everything for that.

Put 5 hours on mine Saturday. Only issues I had was I was hyper focused to the temp gauge and even though I should be used to seeing it range between 163-168, I was watching every single temp change lol. Skied, cruised, idled around and surfed. All good. Spare Johnson impeller is being delivered today just to have.
