08 VLX.   

Running across the lake last wknd and it died. Just turned over and over. Changed fuel pump, spark control under rotor, rotor, cap and relays. Still wont crank. Pulled a ug and getting spark. Any ideas???

When you say it won't crank, you mean it won't fire?  Sounds like you're getting spark so it's a fuel issue.  Can you put a pressure meter on the rail and check fuel pressure?
