Starboard Aft ballast won’t drain T23

Purchased T23 late last year and used it once, our first trip on the water this year ended very frustrating with starboard aft ballast not draining.  Tried all the methods everyone recommended including fill and drain tapping the ballast pumps taking them apart to clean and nothing worked. After couple hours of frustration released the ballast water into bottom of boat and let the bilge pump work before loading boat.

After several hours of trying to find the starboard aft ballast pump and calling the dealer finally found it after removing plate in locker two long screws and the side panel. Found the motor was working but the impeller was welded to the housing, maybe something got stuck and caused the impeller on pump to grind together.  New pump and good to go.   Pictures included.  Feel free  contact me if you experience this issue I could not find and posts on location of this hidden ballast  pump.

you can maintenance these things by wet vacuuming   the thru hulls pulling trash water and other out of cartridge,

i had an intake pump start making noise , sprayed anti corrosion spray through bottom thru hull and ball valve and let it sit overnight snd it got quiet
