Dripless Packing Leaking

Hey Crew. I have a 2005 Waksetter VLX with the 340 Monsoon. It has dripless packing which has been great and to which I thought was maintenance free. This season it seems to be leaking continually while in the dock. I notice it has a grease fitting but I have never greased it. Do I just find a good marine grade gease and pump it up? What other maintenance should I be doing on this? Thanks everyone.

Not sure about a greasing a "dripless" seal.  All the ones I'm vaguely familiar with require a supply of cooling water from the engine driven impeller pump.  This article shows how/why it could leak.  My guess is the bellows is the cause:
 

The second form of fatigue consists of what is known as “compression fatigue,” where the bellows lose its resistance to compression after years of being in a compressed state. As a result of compression fatigue, the pressure between the rotor and flange will be reduced, which diminish the mechanical seal.  Eventually, it will begin to leak.

I have seen the brass dripless seals with the grease fitting before, I think they are made by Marine Hardware.  If I remember correctly, there are one or two Philips head screws near the grease fitting and they need to be removed when pumping grease into the zerk.  Once the grease comes out of the screw hole, just put the screws back in and you are done.
