Welcome - a little more info would help others help you! 

What motor? EFI vs carb?  New problem or have you been working on it for awhile?

You have probably already check this - but it's the most simple.  Check the kill switch/safety lanyard....that age of boat the plastic insert ages and wears and if it doesn't fully engage, you will have no power to the fuel pump.
