Bluetooth and navigation prompts

First time getting the boat back in the water since labor day. I had the Medallion and the Maliview screens repalced, thankfully under waranty. I'm missing the bluetooth and navigation selectors on the Medallion screen. How does one go about getting those back on there? Thanks in advance.

Select the SWITCH icon button on the bottom left of the MTC screen, then select SETUP from the center of the screen, then select SETUP NAVIGATION using the up an down icons, select the ENTER icon to add a checkmark to the option box on the screen to turn the option on. 

The Mobile Device Gateway may also be an option turned on in a similar way, but I don't remember.  If you have the Bluetooth icon in grey on the left side of the MTC screen you may just need to select it then touch the grey OFF icon on the upper left of the Bluetooth screen that pops up.  The OFF icon will turn to a green ON icon button.

You may need to turn the helm power button off and back on for the selection to take effect.
